Digital Marketing Executive
We are an established digital marketing agency looking for an experienced and ambitious digital marketer looking to take the next step in their career. This is a fully remote role, but that doesn’t mean that you won’t feel part of the team. As we are a small business, we are looking for someone who shares our values, cares about clients, likes to get involved in decisions and agency life, gets to know the people they work with, and is looking to build a career in a supportive environment.
Key Skills:
- Prior marketing experience within a B2B company
- Understanding of SEO and the digital marketing landscape, and a keenness to learn about our way of working
- Highly organised and able to meet tight deadlines
- A curious and optimistic attitude
- Able to function independently, as well as collaboratively with Common Ground team members
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills
- Able to use marketing tools for publishing content (e.g. Canva, social media, WordPress)
- Experience organising events is a bonus
- Experience with ActiveCampaign and ABM is a bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage our marketing strategy, alongside our Senior Team
- Organise and manage Common Ground hosted events
- Maintain and update our website, including curating blog posts, case studies, etc.
- Manage all social media profiles ensuring a consistent and relevant presence
- Maintain and update our master deck of case studies, in conjunction with our Senior Team and Head of Digital identify new case studies for publication on our website.
- Prepare and submit award entries, working with our delivery team to identify strong client results
- Identify suitable sponsorship opportunities at industry events

We have a mix of clients at different stages of their business growth and across different sectors, although we work best with (and have multiple clients in) B2B SaaS and technology. We recruit clients we are excited to work with, who are willing to work closely with us and listen to our advice, and for whom we firmly believe we can make a difference to their business. We do not chase every client opportunity presented to us.

The Package:
- £25,000 – £30,000 salary
- 100% remote (with the exception of one meetup a quarter)
