Our Company securely stores your data using Google Workspace, XERO, Better Proposals and Productive, all of which is accessed via user controls and password managers.
Our Company will keep your data for the period we work together, for any legally required timeframe (e.g. for finance and tax purposes), and for three years following the end of agreement should you wish to query any of our work products or work with us again. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by removing appropriate parts of your customer records in our accounting software, attempt to remind you to remove our access to your tools/services and by manually deleting your client folder from Google Workspace.

Our Company would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop Our Company from contacting you for marketing purposes.
